After over 15 years of practicing as a medical doctor, the founder of HIH pursued her long-term goal of becoming an Ethnomedicine practitioner with the aim of holistic approach to healing. She currently runs an integrative medicine and lifestyle practice that focuses on holistic health. During her career she noticed that unhealthy eating habits are a major cause of lifestyle diseases which affect majority of the population. She realized that the world is in dire need of Healing through lifestyle changes and that’s why our mission is to restore health through food. “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.”
